I agree with this article because this event has nothing to do with racism since more than half of Baltimore's population is black, including the mayor and polices. It cannot be police's violence that led to freddie's death after a week in prison. the riot was said to be because of freddie's death but no one knows if that's the reason behind it. The riot at Baltimore was crazy, burning down Baltimore would not bring back Freddie so there's is no reason to support the riot and most importantly Freddie's death has not been proven to be done by polices and for sure not a riot.

    1. It is true that rioting in Baltimore will not bring Freddie back, but to some people, it can give them the relief of "revenge".

i agree with the article because hardly anyone thinks that Freddie grays' death was a racial incident which means that the citizens of Baltimore have no reason to start riots and burn down the buildings in the city. Also, no one really has legit proof saying or showing the police officers that arrested Freddie were involved in his death which means that people are just rioting for what they think is racial accident but its not.

I am not sure of whether i agree with the article or not. This is because there can be multiple views of the situation and this article is only a handful of those positive people who want a peaceful change in Baltimore. What about those people who disagree with the article? They have their own side towards the situation. I cannot make choose a side without fully understanding what happened in Baltimore. Yes, Baltimore may be majority Black, but we don't really know deep down inside what the cops or civilians may think. This is the world we live in today, anything that comes out of people's mouths can be a lie.

Although the issue appeared to be a racial matter, the clarifications made in the article helped elucidate that the riot was triggered by tensions between the lower class and the police. It should be taken into account that Baltimore is a predominantly black city, with the police force being no exception. The discord was brought about by some officers' notion that most of the residents in the poorer area are criminals. Therefore, the upheaval that took place was more of a class issue.

The Fergouson Conflict is debatable. Noone really know exactlywht to believe. I don't think this was a racial crime. Black people think people treat them a certain way because of who they are but in fact they are treated based on how they act. People must understand the is nothing good in the streets. Now I am not taking the size of the officers. Sometimes they can be pretty unfair to and think the have the power to do anything.
